Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Odin Platforms collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

Account information you provide (name, email, company), and the financial data you upload or connect (ledgers, transactions, payroll, banking) so the product can build your dashboards. We do not require Protected Health Information to use the FP&A product; where a regulated workload involves PHI, it is handled under a separate agreement and stricter controls.

How we use it

Solely to provide the product to you — generate dashboards, forecasts, and AI insights on your own data. We do not sell your data. We do not use one customer's data to train models for another. AI inference runs through a controlled router to Amazon Bedrock, not consumer AI endpoints.

Connectors

CSV/XLSX upload is available today. Connections to QuickBooks, Plaid, Stripe, and similar are coming and will be read-only — Odin never moves money. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and revocable at any time by disconnecting.

Isolation & retention

Each tenant's data is scoped per customer on every query; database-enforced row-level security is part of the authentication rollout in progress. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time; we honor deletion requests promptly and remove data from active systems.
